Quick Section Navigation01. Quality Commitment — Not an Academic Result Guarantee

Policy Overview & Client Agreement

This Refund, Cancellation & Revision Policy explains when a revision, cancellation, credit, or refund may be available.

By placing an order, making payment, or authorizing us to begin work, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy along with our applicable Terms & Conditions.

01

Quality Commitment — Not an Academic Result Guarantee

Scope & Commitment

Assignment366 commits to making reasonable professional efforts to deliver the agreed service according to:

  • The instructions supplied by the client
  • The assignment brief or scope supplied to us
  • The agreed service level
  • The agreed word count or deliverables
  • The specified referencing or formatting requirements
  • The agreed delivery deadline
Important Notice Regarding Academic Results:

Assignment366 does not guarantee any particular academic result, including:

  • Passing an assignment
  • Minimum marks or grades
  • Distinction, merit or other classification
  • Acceptance by a university, college, professor, supervisor or examiner
  • Approval of a dissertation, thesis, proposal or research project
  • Acceptance of references, methodology or arguments by an examiner
  • Successful resubmission
  • Any particular similarity, plagiarism or AI-detection percentage

Academic grading is performed independently by educational institutions and is outside Assignment366's control. Therefore, a low grade, failing grade, referral, resubmission requirement or rejection does not by itself create eligibility for a refund.

02

Revision First Policy

Correction Process

Where the client believes that delivered work does not materially comply with the original confirmed requirements, Assignment366 must first be given a reasonable opportunity to review and correct the issue.

Where the concern falls within the original agreed scope, Assignment366 may provide revisions without additional professional charges.

A refund will normally be considered only where:
  1. A genuine material service deficiency has been identified;
  2. The deficiency relates to the original confirmed instructions;
  3. Assignment366 has been given reasonable supporting information and evidence;
  4. Assignment366 has been given a reasonable opportunity to rectify the issue; and
  5. The issue cannot reasonably be corrected through revision or re-performance.
03

Revision Eligibility

Eligibility Criteria

Revision requests must:

  • Relate directly to the original instructions;
  • Remain within the original scope of work;
  • Clearly identify the requested correction;
  • Include relevant feedback or supporting documents where applicable; and
  • Be submitted within the applicable revision period communicated for the order.

Changes to the topic, research question, methodology, structure, word count, learning outcomes, brief or instructions after work has commenced may constitute additional work and may be charged separately. A revision does not include creating substantially new work because the client's original requirements have changed.

04

Refund Eligibility

Grounds for Refund

A refund may be considered where Assignment366 determines that a material failure in the contracted service has occurred and the matter cannot reasonably be resolved through revision. Examples may include:

A. Non-Delivery

Where Assignment366 fails to deliver the agreed service and no meaningful portion of the service has been supplied.

B. Duplicate Payment

Where the client has accidentally paid Assignment366 more than once for the same confirmed order. The verified duplicate amount will be refunded.

C. Material Non-Compliance

Where the delivered work materially differs from the written requirements confirmed when the order was accepted and Assignment366 is unable to reasonably rectify the issue.

D. Verified Originality Failure

Where substantial unattributed copied material attributable to Assignment366 is independently verified in the work and Assignment366 cannot reasonably rectify the affected portion.

Any refund will generally be limited to the affected portion of the service, rather than automatically applying to the entire order.

05

Academic Failure Is Not Refund Eligibility

Grading Boundaries

A refund will not be issued solely because:

  • The client failed the assignment;
  • The client received lower marks than expected;
  • A tutor or examiner did not approve the work;
  • A dissertation or proposal was referred or rejected;
  • The university requested amendments;
  • The student expected a particular grade;
  • Another academic expert has a different opinion;
  • The client does not agree with the examiner's marking decision.

Where academic feedback is supplied, Assignment366 may review whether the feedback identifies an actual service deficiency within our original scope. Where appropriate, revision support may be offered.

06

Similarity, Plagiarism & Originality Claims

Originality Standards

Similarity percentage alone does not automatically establish plagiarism. Similarity reports may contain:

References & BibliographyCorrectly Quoted TextStandard Academic TerminologyCommon PhrasesAssignment Briefs/QuestionsTemplatesInstitutional Repositories

Where an originality complaint is made, the client may be required to provide the complete official similarity report showing the actual matched sources and affected content. Assignment366 will review the substantive matches rather than relying exclusively on the overall similarity percentage.

Where a genuine originality issue attributable to our work is established, Assignment366 will normally attempt correction before considering a refund.

07

AI Detection Considerations

AI Scoring Notice

AI-detection systems are probabilistic and may produce false positives.

Accordingly, a score generated by Turnitin AI detection or any other automated AI-detection system will not, by itself, establish defective service or create automatic refund eligibility.

Any concern will be reviewed using the actual content, agreed service requirements and available evidence.

08

Client Responsibilities

Client Obligations

The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate:

Assignment instructions & brief
Grading rubrics & criteria
Learning outcomes
University specific guidelines
Referencing requirements (Harvard, APA, IEEE, etc.)
Templates & layout requirements
Research materials & course notes
Supervisor or tutor feedback
Deadlines and timeline checkpoints
Word counts & page limits
Previous submissions where relevant

Assignment366 will not be responsible for deficiencies resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or late information supplied by the client.

09

Client Changes to Delivered Work

Post-Delivery Edits

Assignment366 is not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Changes made by the client after delivery;
  • Removal or addition of content;
  • Incorrect submission;
  • Submission of an outdated version;
  • Incorrect formatting introduced after delivery;
  • Changes made by another writer or service provider;
  • Failure to include required attachments;
  • Client-created plagiarism or similarity;
  • Client-created citation errors; or
  • Other modifications made after our final delivery.

Any refund assessment will therefore be based on the version originally delivered by Assignment366.

10

Submission Responsibility

Institutional Submission

Unless specifically included as a contracted service, Assignment366 is not responsible for submitting work to a university, college, portal, professor or other third party. The client remains responsible for reviewing the final work and confirming that it is suitable for their intended use before submission.

11

Cancellation Before Work Begins

Early Cancellation

Where a client requests cancellation before work has commenced, Assignment366 may approve a refund after deduction of any:

  • Payment processing charges;
  • Currency conversion charges;
  • Banking charges;
  • Platform charges; or
  • Non-recoverable third-party costs.
12

Cancellation After Work Has Commenced

In-Progress Cancellation

Once research, consultation, writing, editing, analysis, expert allocation or other substantive work has commenced, the completed portion of the service becomes non-refundable.

Where cancellation is approved after commencement, any refund will be calculated only on the unperformed portion of the service, after deducting completed work and applicable non-recoverable costs. No automatic percentage refund applies.

13

Urgent and Express Orders

Express Priority

Orders accepted under urgent, priority or express timelines may require immediate allocation of resources. Once substantive work on an urgent order has commenced, cancellation may not be possible. However, legitimate quality concerns will still be reviewed under this policy.

14

Changes in Requirements

Scope Variations

Any instructions added or materially changed after order confirmation may result in additional charges, revised deadlines, revised scope, a new order, or partial re-quotation. Assignment366 is not responsible for delays or additional work caused by changes in client requirements.

15

Third-Party Decisions

External Bodies

Assignment366 has no control over decisions made by universities, colleges, examination boards, professors, tutors, supervisors, editors, publishers, research committees, ethics committees, visa/professional bodies, or automated detection systems. Accordingly, adverse decisions by third parties do not automatically establish a service failure by Assignment366.

16

Evidence Required for Refund Claims

Documentation

A refund request may require the client to provide relevant supporting evidence, which may include:

  • Original assignment brief and rubrics;
  • Version supplied by Assignment366;
  • Version actually submitted by the client;
  • Official examiner or tutor feedback;
  • Complete similarity report; and
  • Relevant correspondence and documents reasonably required to investigate the claim.

Refund requests may not be processed until sufficient evidence has been supplied.

17

Refund Request Period

Timeframes

Quality-related refund requests should be raised promptly after delivery and within the applicable service/revision period. Clients should notify Assignment366 as soon as an issue becomes known so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and rectify it. Unreasonable delay may affect eligibility where it prevents effective investigation or correction.

18

Partial Refunds

Proportionate Relief

Where only part of the service is materially affected, any approved refund will normally be limited to the value reasonably attributable to the affected portion. Completion of one defective element does not automatically entitle the client to reimbursement for unaffected services already properly performed.

19

Non-Refundable Components

Exclusions

Subject to applicable law, the following may be non-refundable once incurred or performed:

Completed ResearchExpert ConsultationsExpert Time Already UsedCompleted Writing or EditingPriority / Express Allocation FeesThird-Party ExpensesPayment-Processing ChargesCurrency Conversion CostsAdministrative OverheadCompleted Milestone Deliverables
20

Refund Processing

Disbursement

Where a refund is approved, Assignment366 will communicate the approved refund amount, the basis of calculation, and the applicable refund method. Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Banking, payment gateway and international transaction processing times are outside Assignment366's control.

21

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Dispute Protocol

Clients are requested to contact Assignment366 before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that the matter can be properly investigated. Where a payment dispute is initiated, Assignment366 may provide the relevant payment records, communications, order details, delivery evidence, service records and applicable policies to the payment provider for resolution.

22

No Automatic 100% Money-Back Guarantee

Fair Assessment

Assignment366 does not provide a universal or automatic 100% money-back guarantee. Any revision, credit, partial refund or refund will be assessed according to:

  • The confirmed service scope;
  • Work already completed;
  • Supporting evidence;
  • Whether Assignment366 was responsible for the issue;
  • Whether reasonable corrective action was available; and
  • Applicable consumer protection requirements.
23

Abuse or Misuse of the Refund Process

Fraud Protection

Assignment366 reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to decline claims involving fraudulent representations, manipulated documents, deliberate withholding of relevant information, multiple conflicting versions of an assignment, attempts to obtain completed services without payment, or repeated unjustified refund requests. Assignment366 may suspend future services where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or payment abuse.

24

Academic Integrity and Client Use

Ethical Use

Assignment366 provides academic support services. Clients remain responsible for ensuring that their use of any materials or assistance complies with the academic integrity policies, assessment rules and regulations of their institution. Assignment366 cannot guarantee that any particular use of supplied material will be accepted by an institution.

25

Policy Interpretation & Consumer Law

Statutory Rights

Where a dispute arises, Assignment366 will review the circumstances using the confirmed order requirements, communications, delivered materials and supporting evidence. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory right that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable consumer law provides the client with mandatory rights, those rights will continue to apply.
